Maison-du-Violet is located in the Fryspring area of Charlottesville, close to 5th St. shopping, minutes from the downtown mall, close to numerous trails, as well as a great hub for visiting the surrounding Virginia mountains. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, back deck with wooded area, living room with office space and dining area. 


Spacious rental near UVA Hospital

Our rental is located 2.5 miles from UVA hospital in Charlottesville, with public transpiration close by.  If prefer it would be a 15 min bike ride and 45 minute walk. 

Pet friendly rental in Charlottesville

We welcome pets at Maison-du-Violet, we have partially fenced in yard with numerous trails and great sidewalks for daily walk.  Only 20 min walk to Azalea Park which features a dog park.
